Ashtanga & Vinyasa Krama Assisted Self Practice Classes
All levels – Glide time start classes in 90-120 minute time frame.
In this style of class students can work at their own pace and rhythm with personalised assistance.
Ashtanga (Primary & Intermediate Series), & Vinyasa Krama (Moon & Lion Sequences) are supported in these classes, or individual therapeutic practices that have been created in 1:1 sessions with Martina.
Essentially a One to One session in a group setting, each individual works through their own practice, in their own time with the teacher giving individual help.
Being a boutique studio, these classes are small so students receive plenty of personalised attention.
It’s a great way to practice, in a yoga specific space with the motivating, focused atmosphere of others practicing with you, yet still maintaining a very individual, personal, internal practice.
