Summer Yoga Project Pop-up Venue
Martina will be guest teaching the Mysore Class on Sunday 13th December.
The Summer Yoga Project will be starting Saturday Dec 12th and running for 5 weeks.
The main focus will be the Morning Mysore style classes 6 days a week beginning at 8am Sat and Sun, and 6am Mon-Thurs with Fridays as the rest day (to include Xmas and NY days).
All levels welcome. 🙂

Mon-Thurs 6am, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8, 8:30 (finish by 10am)
Weekly Morning Mysore Style (beginning on Saturdays) – 75$ per week,
Individual classes 22$
-Those of you deciding on the Weekly Mysore Style are also invited to the Breath and Chant classes at no extra cost, Sunday 4-5pm, Tuesday 5-6pm.

In addition there will be Yin yoga, Asana Clinic, and Beginner Ashtanga Classes
Kiri Sutherland will be joining Steph teaching Jan 9th/10th and will also lead a Technical session on Jan 9th in the afternoon. Pricing at these sessions may change slightly.
