FRIDAY Evening 5:30-7:30pm
LED CHANDRA/MOON VINYASA CLASS
– A slow flowing yoga sequence, which in particular focuses on opening up and releasing tension in the hips and lower back. Meditative, restorative, balancing for regular Ashtanga practitioners, it is also ideal just prior to or during Menstruation & Ovulation, new or full moon days, or any time energy is low.
SATURDAY Morning 9-11am
LED COUNTED ASHTANGA PRIMARY CLASS
-A beautiful flow and breath focused class where students are led through the Primary Series together with every breath counted, the vinyasa in Sanskrit and the asana in English as the current method of led practice in Mysore is twice a week, creating a dynamic and meditative practice with incredible group energy. Suitable for any students who practice up to Half Primary or beyond regularly.
Class will begin with simple Uddiyana Bandha practice.
SATURDAY Afternoon 1-3pm
BREATH, SOUND & PHILOSOPHY CLASS
Exploring philosophical meaning of Ashtanga opening chant with discussion, and then integrating with breath work and chanting.
SUNDAY Morning 9-11am
MYSORE STYLE CLASS
-Traditional self practice style class with personalised assistance.
Ashtanga and Vinyasa Krama sequences supported in this class.
Classes suitable for all levels, except Saturday Morning, which suitable for regular Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practitioners.
$100 for all four classes, $85 for any 3.
$30 per class. (Priority given to those attending 3 or 4 classes)
