Martina is looking forward to teaching her 2016 Gisborne workshop.
FRIDAY 27th 6pm-8pm LED CHANDRA VINYASA CLASS
– A slow flowing yoga sequence, which in particular focuses on opening up and releasing tension in the hips and lower back. Meditative, restorative, balancing for regular Ashtanga practitioners. A lovely evening practice.
SATURDAY 28th 9-11am MYSORE STYLE CLASS
-Traditional self practice style class with personalised assistance.
Both Ashtanga Vinyasa and Chandra or Simba Krama can be practised in these classes.
SATURDAY 28th 2-4pm RELEASING TENSION IN THE UPPER BODY WORKSHOP
-with Core Strengthening, Shoulder Stretches & Breath Work
SUNDAY 29th 9-11am LED COUNTED PRIMARY SERIES CLASS
-A beautiful flow and breath focused class where students are led through the Primary Series together with every breath counted, the vinyasa in Sanskrit and the asana in English as the current method of led practice in Mysore is twice a week, creating a dynamic and meditative practice with incredible group energy. Suitable for any students who practice up to Half Primary or beyond regularly.
