“Balance” with Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and complimentary practices
Martina Gotz is co-teaching this workshop with Kiri Sutherland and Stephanine Nelson.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice is a daily inquiry into how our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies are relating to each other and to the world around. Learning to adapt your practice with each day’s needs is an ongoing journey. During this workshop we will explore ways to optimize your practice bringing balance to all levels of your being. Gaining an understanding of underlying energetics of yoga practice and the different tools that can be used to support individual daily needs can help empower your practice bringing new insights and depth to maximise the benefits of this incredible method. We are looking forward to spending a transformative and rejuvenating weekend with you.
Schedule will include daily Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class, workshops, and free time.
The workshop will begin at 3pm on Friday March 14 and close at 3pm on Sunday March 16th.
-Early Bird Pricing of $380 before 1st Feb 2014, there after 430$.
A 100$ deposit can secure a space for you.
All payments are non-refundable.
-Price includes accommodation (2 nights, dormitory style, some double first come first serve),
vegetarian food and all yoga sessions.
