We are a group of independent yoga teachers, who believe that yoga is for everyone regardless
of age or ability and that different approaches resonate with different people.
We offer classes in the Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga traditions.
Yoga strengthens the body, keeping muscles supple and strong and reconnects
the mind to the physical body via the breath.

The yoga seed was planted by my mother in my teens when she took me to yoga classes at the local hospital hall,I continued some home practise through my twenties then ventured into Iyengar yoga classes whilst pregnant with my third child.
In 2002 I began Teacher Training,not at the time with the intention to teach but to deepen my yoga knowledge.I was asked to teach nine years ago and have until late 2012 been teaching at Herne Bay Yoga as well as teaching private groups and individuals in the community. For the past two years I have been teaching a mens group which began as once weekly then moved to twice as the men began to see the benefits that a regular practise can bring ie-flexibility,reduction in stress, and a much improved awareness of both the breath and their bodies.
Being a fully trained nurse and having a number of physical injuries has provided me with a good understanding of the human body.The most important thing I have learned through teaching and self practise is that it is essential to honour the difference in students,not only each ones different needs on any given day but also remembering that students provide a platform for my learning-for that I will eternally be grateful.
In 2012 I passed Iyengar Level 2 Intro certification. Yoga for me has been the greatest gift alongside the privilege of being a mother to three boys.
Yoga is a way of life. What you learn on the mat becomes part of your quest to becoming a better individual physically, mentally and spiritually. Everyone is inherently great. Yoga unlocks that inner strength and greatness. Yoga is just so wonderful! “My classes are always strong and dynamic. There are always new challenges every time you step on the mat. As in life, there is not a day that is the same. Every practice is different. And through all these, I am going to guide you with strong alignment based instructions.”
Fyodor holds an E-RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance. He has trained under the late Anusara Yoga teacher Vincent Tam. He has taught yoga in Manila, Philippines for eight years before moving to Auckland, New Zealand in 2012. He is also a Les Mills instructor and a personal trainer.
