TRINITY YOGA presents SPRING RETREAT with Steph, Kiri & Martina
CHANGING RHYTHMS & ENERGIES
Practices for real life and all seasons, times, energy levels from restorative/nurturing
to strength building/facing challenges, incorporating different energetic focuses & intention.

Schedule will include daily self practice (Mysore Style), workshops, free time and
3x optional pre practice prep which will include a selection of guided breath work,
meditation, chanting & passive stretches.

7.45-845pm INTRO, Q&A and discussion about the theme of changing rhythms.

10.45-12:15 Workshop 1 with Martina
“Supported hip opening for working around your cycle, evening practice, low energy days
or simply to work in a different way if classical Ashtanga practice is not serving to
create the freedom you seek in this area.”

Cost: $400 paid in full by Sept 15th, thereafter $450.
Deposits of $200 will be accepted to secure space.

Te Moata is drug, alcohol, smoke free and an amazingly equipped off the grid facility
nestled in the Coromandel bush so creates a true retreat experience.
